This news would be about 100x more exciting if I was going on the cruise, but none the less, it still is fabulous news. Of course, him joining them for the cruise does not equate to him joining the group again. However, it is a step in the right direction, and Kevin has not ruled out the possibility, even mentioning to Ryan Seacrest

Please re-join the Backstreet Boys. Then, next summer, y'all should tour. Might I suggest tickets to said concert go on sale at a point in time in which I have money in my bank account.
